@comcastcares Maybe talk to the rest of your company and let them know how they are doing because 3 days of intermittent service from a routing standpoint is ridiculous. Its amazing how far @Xfinity will go to not acknowledg they're the ones with the issue. SMH

I Spend 9 hours on the Phone with a top manager at XFinity b/c they charge me and extra 20.00 month with only a 25mbs download when I suppose have 300mbs. She told me to bad take it or leave it. and they cant change that.

Hwy @comcastcares internet is down again. Went down yesterday. This was supposed to be fixed after the BIG outage a few weeks ago. Kinda hard for the kids to distance learn when #xfinity isn’t working. The neighbor’s @ATT is working…🤔

@TheLejundBFM Good ol xFinity. Always doing work in the area here too. Finally told them our modem/router was outdated. Fixed so many problems

@ATT 28 days 10 phone calls, 2 visits to the ATT store. still no one can figure out how to find the number i ported over from Comcast to your wireless home service. Order # 56-826000027066520
