K-1200
The K-1200 is the perfect spray gun cleaning platform for industrial users. Made completely of stainless steel, the washer convinces with two large, separate cleaning areas for automatic spray gun cleaning and manual cleaning even of larger parts.
As part of the B-TEC 1200 modular design of our Industry Line, it can also be easily combined with other units such as the T-1200 or M-1200.
With the help of the B-TEC air flow system, the air channels are perfectly protected during automatic cleaning and contamination behind the air cap is prevented. The air cap does not need to be removed – less mechanical damage to paint and spray guns and high time savings.
The manual cleaning area offers plenty of space, a pump-operated, pressure-adjustable brush, a fresh rinse nozzle for final cleaning and a blow-off gun for drying.
As the world’s first paint spray gun washer with ergonomic front access, the K-1200 was awarded the German Federal Prize for outstanding innovative achievements for the craft and, thanks to its generous dimensions, offers an excellent basis for individual customer requirements.
