@OptimumHelp It asks for my login then takes me to the dashboard. The mail icon goes away once logged in on the internet tab

@OptimumHelp It ask for his password. I went through the link and tried optimum imap & pop settings. Also the suddenlink imap/pop settings. Still can't login as it fails the test

@OptimumHelp I need help my issue is falling through the customer service/tech service gap. Technicians keep coming to my apartment to fix my issue when it is well established by the previous 4 technicians that the issue is with boxes/switches/equipment outside of my building.

@optimum how can I get you guys to stop sending me direct mail? Five years of never ending promotional snail mail is ridiculous. Also, can you stop sending plastic direct mail pieces that needlessly add plastic to landfills?

@optimum @OptimumHelp I’m having the worst experience ever with you. I disconnected my account, returned the equipment Dec 4th and charge $180 for that equipment on Dec 15th. More than 7 calls after I don’t have my money back and you just keep transferring me. Awful service.

@optimum Imagine both ways they let you contact support do not work, got an error trying to live chat, never got a call back, and currently on hold, oh yes and forgot my internet has been trash for years

Really hate having to do this but @optimum @OptimumHelp leave me no choice.At the end of this I will be looking for recommendations on other service providers you guys like, as I am ready to move on from @optimum with quickness due to their terrible customer svc. #Thread
